Vantage offers both a free "Guest Mode" and a premium subscription ("Vantage Pro").

• Guest Mode: Provides limited access to public news feeds and basic sentiment indicators. No account registration is strictly required, though email capture may be utilized for access.
• Vantage Pro: A paid subscription granting full access to AI impact interpreters, live coin pricing, and custom widgets. By subscribing, you agree to pay the stated fees (monthly or annual). Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled prior to the end of the current billing cycle.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Services in any way that is unlawful, illegal, or unauthorized. You may not:

• Scrape, copy, or automatically extract data or AI analyses from our platform for commercial reuse.
• Attempt to bypass, disable, or interfere with security-related features of the Services.
• Use the Services to manipulate market prices or engage in fraudulent trading activities.

All content, features, and functionality on the Vantage platform including but not limited to the AI models, algorithms, text, graphics, logos, and software are the exclusive property of Vantage Lab AI and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Our Services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. While we strive to provide accurate and real-time data by aggregating from reputable sources, Vantage makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of the Services, or the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the information, content, or materials included.
